Job description

Overview

Accountable for infrastructure stability and management for 3 critical manufacturing and distribution facilities, 22 large distribution centers and 96 smaller facilities across 10 states in the Southeastern portion of the US.


Responsibilities
  • Key responsibility is reducing and managing system down time through proactive management, monitoring and planning as well as driving recovery of unplanned downtime across local and cloud-based solutions.
  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with supply chain and manufacturing leadership across all market units in the southeastern region.
  • Establish 2 way working relationships that promote open dialogue in and around risks, issues and changes both in the IT and local business systems.
  • Coordinate, consult and engage on deployment, refresh and other critical work paths driven from IT impacting the southeastern region.
  • Document and publish period regional health reports to different levels of leadership,including planned risk mitigation and regional metrics.
  • Partner with MSPs and 3rd party IT teams to provide support and local infrastructure knowledge.
  • Manage contractors across multiple locations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in management information services or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure & infrastructure projects
  • 5+ years managing 3rd party relationships and MSPs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cisco CCNA or higher Cloud Foundations or higher ITIL V4 Foundations or higher
  • Job will require 50-65% travel of which the majority will be in Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, and Tennessee
  • The position will spend 35-50% of their time at the Perry GES facility located in Kathleen GA.
  • Applicant does not need to live in Perry/Kathleen but should be close enough to go in 2-3 days a week and if needed for an escalation be there in 60 minutes after hours
