This includes evaluating vendor security practices, monitoring compliance with contracts and regulations, and developing risk management policies. Third Party Risk Managers often collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams to safeguard the organization's interests. About this role:

We are searching for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment looking to solve complex problems with sophisticated and innovative solutions. In this role within the Global Sales & Services Technology (GSST) team, you will be supporting Salesforce enhancements and the broader GTM technology stack (including tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Second Nature.AI) in the Customer 360 view across our core business partners. You will be focused on supporting key AI initiatives across the account, deal, and buyer levels to deliver predictive insights, automated engagement, and actionable intelligence across the Account Team. This includes driving visibility to engagements and partner activities for our prospect and licensed user journeys.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with key product owners in prospecting, pipeline, and fulfillment teams to understand and fill gaps throughout the user journey using both native Salesforce capabilities and third-party AI and sales enablement platforms.
  • Manage third-party sales technology vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Second Nature.AI), driving platform evaluations, API/MCP tool integrations, SLAs, and ROI optimization.
  • Evolve the usage analytics to identify unknown/unforeseen user behavior and technology anomalies to further improve tools and quickly identify production issues.
  • Lead the product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap, including Salesforce enhancements and third-party tool integrations from discovery, through design, journey story process, development, and in-market iterations.
  • Partner closely with SCRUM development and technical teams for the feasibility of product designs, particularly within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, REST APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework connections for AI tools.
  • Support in managing and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, IT, et al., to champion the technology roadmap.
  • Support the required organizational change to ensure products and third-party tools are impactful at scale, including change programs, communications, vendor-aligned training, and adoption strategies.
  • Understand customer and business needs across core business partners and synthesize opportunities.
  • Ensure the visibility of activities across the Account Team and map engagements for prospect and licensed user journeys across all integrated applications.
  • Manage and leverage large volumes of data across multiple business units and third-party data providers that drive significant processes to inform product decisions.
  • Integrate input from multiple channels-including user journeys, vendor capabilities, industry research, and stakeholder requests-into product priorities and requirements.
  • Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team's long-term goals and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the scrum team to design, build, launch, and assess MVPs.
  • Establish a vision and roadmap for AI capabilities across account, deal, and buyer intelligence workstreams, defining how our GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.) seamlessly integrates to power these processes.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-6 years of experience working as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in core GTM platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Second Nature.AI) and a proven track record of successful integrations into Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering AI-driven product solutions or initiatives at the account level (account scoring, tiering), deal level (pipeline health, deal guidance), and buyer level (persona mapping, engagement scoring).
  • Hands-on experience defining requirements for system-to-system integrations via standard REST/SOAP APIs and modern AI protocols (such as Model Context Protocol / MCP) to connect Salesforce with third-party vendors.
  • Direct experience evaluating, onboarding, or managing third-party SaaS vendors and their technical integration into a central CRM ecosystem.
  • Strong project and program management skills; demonstrated track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams across business, vendor partners, and IT teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve business challenges.
  • Subject matter expert on enterprise information systems, including an awareness of data models, data structures, third-party data ingestion, and data warehouses.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process; experience driving requirements and delivery with SCRUM teams.
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with AI features or AI-powered sales tools (e.g., Gong, Second Nature.AI, Agentforce, or Salesforce Einstein) utilizing API or MCP integration patterns.
