Overview
We are seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead to enhance and mature our global third-party risk programme.
This role operates as a Second Line of Defence, strengthening business resilience through robust governance, effective risk oversight, and improved decision-making across our third-party ecosystem. You will play a key role in protecting the organisation from financial, operational, and reputational risk, while helping to build and shape a best-in-class TPRM capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the global TPRM programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain centralised governance and oversight of all third-party risk activities
  • Drive and manage end-to-end third-party risk assessments, including onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and offboarding
  • Review and enhance TPRM policies, standards, and procedures, identifying gaps and implementing improvements
  • Refine and optimise the vendor tiering model, strengthening risk classification and oversight
  • Own and lead the ServiceNow TPRM platform, including implementation, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
  • Deliver insightful risk reporting and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, providing risk insights and identifying emerging third-party risks
  • Act as a key contributor during crisis or incident situations, offering risk expertise and guidance
  • Promote TPRM across the organisation, acting as an evangelist and subject matter expert
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance programme maturity and efficiency
  • Ensure strong alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
  • Partner with control functions to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance

Candidate Profile
  • 5 -7 years' experience
  • Proven experience in third-party risk management, vendor governance, or a related risk discipline, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of TPRM frameworks, regulatory requirements, operational resilience, and information security risk
  • Demonstrated experience in building, implementing, or maturing TPRM programmes and systems
  • Hands-on experience with TPRM tools/platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and shape evolving capabilities
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with TPRM trends

Location: West Chester, PA. (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office),

These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
