This role is responsible for leading the strategy and day-to-day management of third-party vendor relationships that support HR operations. The Manager will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with organizational goals. This is a highly visible position that partners across HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize vendor performance and drive continuous improvement across outsourced services. You will have the opportunity to shape vendor strategy, influence business outcomes, and enhance the employee experience through effective external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies
Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) across financial, operational, and quality metrics
Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met
Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and compliance to policies and standards
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data
Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and changes to scope or services
Ensure adherence to internal policies including Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance requirements

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of 6-8years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field(aligned to manager-level expectations; catalog indicates broader roles scale beyond entry-level responsibilities)
Experience managing third-party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight
Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and vendor governance practices
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit practices related to vendor services

Preferred:

Experience supporting HR functions (e.g., benefits administration, payroll, talent services) through outsourced vendors
Background in healthcare, medical device, or regulated environments
Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
Demonstrated experience leading vendor transformation or optimization initiatives
Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting platforms
