Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Conquer Psychotherapy Center in Springfield, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing various therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth.
  • Diagnose and treat an array of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through thorough evaluations and evidence-based practices.
  • Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information that informs treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, facilitating active participation in their recovery journey.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and bereavement support, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging circumstances.
  • Ensure compliance with all health standards and safety protocols to protect the well-being of clients and staff alike.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are especially focused on addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other complex emotional issues. You will actively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and with unique needs, adapting your therapeutic approach to match their individual experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a valid mental health counseling license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in counseling, with a demonstrated record of providing effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when assessing client needs and developing treatment plans.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities are essential for maintaining accurate documentation and data collection.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or with diversified populations.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy and digital mental health tools to enhance client care delivery.
  • Training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT or DBT.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
