• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients’ mental health needs.
• Utilize your clinical judgment to choose the most effective therapeutic approaches through our diverse communication tools.
• Manage a caseload of clients, adjusting your schedule to ensure they receive timely and adequate support.
• Engage with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges, offering professional guidance and support.
• Document client interactions and progress in a secure and confidential manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic.

Your practice will focus on low-acuity adult clients, typically presenting with mild to moderate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief. This targeted demographic allows you as a therapist to create a meaningful impact without the complexities associated with severe mental health cases or child therapy.

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington is required.
• Valid licenses accepted: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven experience in providing telehealth services, familiar with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic methods relevant to mental health counseling.
• Experience working with diverse populations, addressing various psychological issues in an empathetic manner.

At Connect Yourself Psychotherapy Clinic, we value your expertise and dedication. The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
