Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather vital information about patient histories and current mental health statuses.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate psychotherapy sessions with individuals, encouraging their growth and helping them develop coping strategies to manage mental health concerns.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proficient in solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
