In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather vital information about patient histories and current mental health statuses.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions with individuals, encouraging their growth and helping them develop coping strategies to manage mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case consultations and peer review meetings.
• Educate clients and families about mental health topics, available resources, and treatment options to empower them in their care journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues. You'll provide compassionate care to those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role is pivotal in promoting resilience and recovery, advocating for holistic approaches that recognize the unique experiences of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective patient interactions.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care delivery.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote service delivery.
