Job Description:

Raffoul Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our team. This position is best for someone who has strong hands-on experience with residential/commerical HVAC systems, can troubleshoot confidently, and takes pride in doing clean, reliable work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and basic electrical troubleshooting. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional with customers, and able to work efficiently while still doing the job correctly.

Responsibilities:

-Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems

-Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related equipment

-Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using proper tools, including a multimeter/ohmmeter

-Communicate professionally with customers

-Keep job sites clean and organized

-Complete work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner

-Drive to and from job sites as needed

Requirements:

-HVAC field experience required

-EPA certification preferred/required

-Valid driver’s license required

-Clean driving record preferred

-Ability to troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical problems

-Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions

-Must be reliable, professional, and able to show up on time

-Residential HVAC experience preferred
