Were searching for an energetic, hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in Injection Molding One with a solid work history, along with strong people skills to advance the efficiency, quality and profitability of our manufacturing operation.

Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, you will oversee the plant on 3rd shift, managing all aspects of the manufacturing facilitys operations, encompassing production, shipping, quality, safety, and staff management, while ensuring that production goals are met. With a team of 4 direct reports and 125+ indirect reports, the Manufacturing Manager will be tasked to lead with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and offering direction, education, training and feedback.

Ideal Candidate will be able to meet the requirements listed below:

  • Several years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, ideally with progressive leadership roles.
  • Understanding of manufacturing process, machinery and quality control procedures. Experience working in Injection Molding.
  • Supervising and managing a large team, providing training and development opportunities and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Proven record of managing a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
  • History of innovative problem solving and continuous improvements.
  • Spanish as a first or second language is preferred.
  • Ability to hire, train, and supervise plant personnel, including assigning tasks, performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication.
  • A degree in Management, Engineering, or Business is a plus.
