• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans for clients, engaging with individuals, couples, and families to tailor strategies based on their unique situations.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, which may include individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy, addressing diverse psychological issues and emotional challenges.
• Help clients cultivate essential coping skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and reduce stress through personalized strategies and methodologies.
• Engage in consultations with other healthcare and mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic, coordinated approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities such as workshops or seminars to advance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

The clients you will be serving range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable times, making a significant impact on their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Capability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and maintain a balance between workload and client care.
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and relevant technology for teletherapy sessions.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines in all clinical practices.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms or willingness to adapt to digital tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
