This role involves identifying, investigating, and resolving suspicious activity, as well as apprehending individuals involved in theft or policy violations. The ideal candidate maintains a high level of discretion while supporting a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.

• Recommend solutions to reduce financial loss and strengthen controls
• Monitor CCTV systems and register activity to ensure adherence to company policies
• Perform covert surveillance in areas vulnerable to theft or loss
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all investigations
• Document and log detailed reports of incidents and investigative findings
• Collect, review, and analyze accounting and operational data to identify loss trends
• Conduct employee interviews related to policy violations or discrepancies
• Support asset protection and inventory control initiatives
