Primary Job Duties:

  • Coordinates theater's day-to-day operations, ensuring our guests have an experience that is comfortable, distraction-free and picture-perfect
  • Ensures the theater servers, bartenders and runners are all staffed based on business needs, managing labor hours accordingly
  • Responsible for training and supervising theater servers, bartenders, and runners, under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals and ongoing performance management with associates ensuring they frequently receive open honest feedback on their performance.
  • Ensures all opening and closing duties of the theaters are completed per leadership expectations
  • Manages & maintains compliance of required certifications necessary to serve food & alcohol
  • Ensures that all areas of the theater are within company standards, including quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance programs.ย 
  • Implement corrective actions for all theater deficiencies found via internal/external auditors, property walk-throughs, guest or associate complaints, etc.
  • Strives to develop all theater team members, managing performance, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members so that all are consistently held to STRIKE+REEL standards

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Special Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Obtain training certification per company policy
