Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans.
• Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance while facilitating communication and interpersonal skills among families experiencing relational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic treatment plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Document accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.
• Provide education and support to family members, offering guidance as they navigate the therapeutic processes alongside their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Proficiency in managing an active caseload and executing administrative responsibilities efficiently.
