Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs accurately.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's therapeutic goals, focusing on aspects such as relationship dynamics and family communication.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to address issues of anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed, integrating services and sharing insights to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Support families through education and therapeutic strategies as they navigate the complexities of mental health treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress in line with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele primarily comprises individuals and families seeking support for a variety of issues, including marital distress, familial discord, mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety, and recovery from substance abuse. Qualifications

• A current and valid LMFT license in Texas.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent clinical degree.

• A compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude towards client experiences and circumstances.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy in a virtual or hybrid setting.

• An understanding of substance abuse and recovery processes is a plus, as it aligns with our goals of holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

Life Bridge Humanistic Psychology Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
