Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while serving clients in your community via a virtual platform. As a part of our Community Health Clinic setting, you will engage with a supportive team dedicated to fostering a positive work culture that emphasizes collaboration, communication, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, using evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance your therapeutic practices.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Proficient in applying solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to meet the specific needs of clients, fostering an individualized approach to care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess client situations and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
