Job Summary

The Roadie Rep will lead the excitement of the RoadHouse Cinemas (RHC) experience, from the first impression to the last impression. They will understand the culture of the concept and the ability to expressively educate all guest inquiries. In this position, the server is considered a salesperson responsible for upselling through suggestive-sales of menu food and beverage items. Servers will maintain professionalism and positivity and uphold the quality standard of our products and service to ensure guest satisfaction. He/she will assist in the safety of our guests by utilizing all safety guidelines and policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Multitask with a sense of urgency, while maintaining consistency and accuracy
  • Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols
  • Anticipate guest perception/needs
  • Acknowledge guests on premises with a friendly “hello”
  • Full-cycle guest service from greets, secondary greets, check-backs, to close out
  • Close out all tabs for assigned theatre/sections
  • Engage in suggestive selling of company merchandise, food and drinks
  • Know and communicate RHC movie ticket and menu specials
  • Accurately handle credit and gift card transactions to close out guest tabs
  • Use RHC equipment with respect and care (IPads, Toast devices and any other company electronics)
  • Using POS (Point of Sales) system correctly
  • Pre bus and clean theatres
  • Run drinks, food, and concession items in a timely fashion
  • Conduct side-work including wrapping silverware, preparing sauces, and all other assigned work
  • Regularly check and restock necessary items in theatres
  • Acknowledge guests as they leave with a pleasant thank you and goodbye
  • Engage in teamwork, assisting with all other departments as needed
  • Review bathroom cleanliness (per training guidelines).
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • Must obtain Title 4/E-Tips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
  • Previous bussing and server experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Must 18 years of age or older.

  • Use hands to grip, handle, feel, reach;
