Job description

Servers can make up to $25-$30/hr on high volume shifts!
Primary Job Duties:
  • Greet guests as they enter the theater and exit greet each guest at the end of the movie
  • Be able to learn the menu and describe menu items to guests
  • Follow responsible alcohol service standards to ensure guest safety
  • Interact with guests comfortably in low lighting while communicating effectively in a soft tone as to not disrupt guests
  • Ability to use the Aloha Point of Sale System and quickly enter orders with accuracy
  • Quickly retrieve orders from the bar or kitchen and deliver to appropriate Guests promptly
  • Pre-bus distraction free throughout the film using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
  • Clean auditoriums and service areas during and after the movie
  • Provide wait service for group and event guests per the instructions of the Group Services Manager or MOD
  • Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
  • Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs
  • Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver food and drink orders

Special Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be familiar with most types of liquor, wine and beer
  • Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local code
  • Obtain training certification per company policy
