Job description

If you are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Alaska and have at least 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services, please keep reading.

Position Summary:

This full-time position requires a strong team player and a self-starter. You will work in collaboration with the primary healthcare team providing behavioral healthcare within scope of practice. Provides screening, assessment, diagnoses, evaluation, crisis intervention, treatment, consultation, care coordination and case management, education, referral, advocacy and other related outpatient services. You will make clinical recommendations and refer to appropriate levels of care in a team-based setting.
