Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will focus on creating and developing engaging social media contents and ensuring effective posting strategies to maximize brand visibility and audience engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and a creative approach to content optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Strategy & Posting:

  • Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, goals, and campaign objectives.
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, & TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure that posts are creative, on-brand, and resonate with the target audience.

Social Media Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions, clicks, follower growth) for all social media platforms.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Conduct A/B testing for different types of posts (images, videos, polls, etc.) and content formats to identify what resonates most with the audience.

Engagement & Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for user interaction, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers and online communities, encouraging positive interactions and user-generated content.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to help amplify content.

Campaign Support & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that support broader marketing goals.
  • Optimize social media posts based on performance data, adjusting copy, timing, and visuals to increase engagement.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities on social media to ensure that our content remains relevant and competitive.

Social Media Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
  • Incorporate trending topics and hashtags into posts to increase visibility and relevance.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tactics to improve social media reach and engagement.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights on which strategies are working and where improvements can be made.
  • Offer recommendations for adjustments in content, posting times, or platform-specific strategies to optimize results.

Paid Social Creative Support

  • Support the creation and execution of creative assets for paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with patients, providers, and internal teams to plan, schedule, and capture video and photo content for advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with content planning, creative organization, and ensuring assets are delivered on time to support campaign launch deadlines.

Influencer & Creator Coordination

  • Support influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, communication, content coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Manage creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance and help maintain organization across creator relationships and partnership programs.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role with a focus on content creation and posting.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.) and their respective analytics tools.
    • Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Creative mindset with an understanding of visual content and audience engagement.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience running paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
    • Knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media optimization.
    • Familiarity with photo and video editing.
    • Experience with influencer marketing or community engagement strategies.
