Summit Ridge Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to engage with clients and provide therapeutic services in a flexible and innovative manner. • Provide direct clinical services to clients through telehealth sessions, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to advance shared goals, ensuring a coordinated approach in the treatment of clients.
• Demonstrate respect and understanding of diverse cultural traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal dynamics while delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Implement safety protocols by identifying, preventing, and reporting unsafe situations, thus maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform thorough screenings and assessments, followed by creating integrated care plans that connect clients and families to necessary resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention, developing effective strategies to support clients during emergencies.
• Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapy is goal-oriented and addresses the specific presenting issues of each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery standards.
• Be available for on-call coverage as needed to provide support for clients outside of regular program hours.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client base that includes individuals facing significant mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Many of our clients come from underprivileged backgrounds and may have faced barriers to accessing traditional healthcare, making our services vital to their recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and document treatment effectively.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Understanding of age-related and specialty issues, allowing for tailored approaches to diverse client needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with mental health populations is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual capability in English/Spanish is a valuable asset that is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
