Job Description

Greet clients, check client in and provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Answer phone calls, schedule and manage appointments using our salon booking system. Check clients out efficiently through the register system and assist with retail sales and rebooking clients for future appointments. Handle any client concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk and reception area.
