Job description

Soni is supporting an international law firm with a strong global footprint in its search for it's initial US hires. The Firm offers the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border matters across major financial and wealth centers. Known for its collaborative culture and focus on private capital, it supports a diverse client base ranging from global corporates to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The firm places a strong emphasis on career development, innovation, and early responsibility, providing meaningful client exposure from the outset. The legal secretary is responsible for providing high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and visiting colleagues across a range of practice areas. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an international law firm and support attorneys within a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive administrative and legal support to attorneys across multiple practice areas
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across time zones
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and amend legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Support document production, filings, execution processes, and client onboarding
  • Coordinate document management, version control, and signature processes for transactions
  • Liaise professionally with clients, external counsel, vendors, and internal teams

Experience and Skills:
  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Executive Assistant in a professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive approach with strong relationship-building abilities
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information

Compensation: $95,000-120,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
