Sewer/Drain Sales Technician

Job description
Looking to TRADE UP your career?! The Meridian Company is looking for a talented sewer/plumbing sales technician to join our team!
 
 
The Role
Diagnoses sewer/plumbing/drain issues in a customer’s home, and presents repair options directly to the customer through the sewer sales process.
 
Responsibilities:
 
· Utilizes sewer camera to discover plumbing and sewer issues in a customer’s home.
· Diagnoses plumbing and sewer issues, and prepares repair estimates.
· Creates and implements drain technician training plan to facilitate sewer sales process
· Executes the sewer sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.
· Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals.
· Thoroughly prepares statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.
· Communicates with customer through entire project, and ensures customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.
· Participates in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.
· Rotates On-Call duty to provide afterhours services to customers.
· Assists customers with financing options for project.
 
Reports directly to: Plumbing Manager

  • 1- 2 years of sewer/plumbing sales experience (required)
  • Residential Plumbing Experience
  • Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
