Pay: $65K–$120K Total Earnings

  • Sign-on Bonus: Up to $5,000
  • Top Performers: Earn $50+/hour
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
  • Perform high-quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
  • Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving.
  • Deliver 5-star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
  • Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Capabilities
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas.
  • Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity.
