Join LINQ as a member of our Fulfillment team! LINQ is seeking applicants to join our fulfillment team at our Pittsburgh office location!


If you have experience in shipping, kitting packages for a retailer, or prior experience in mobile device retail, this could be the next opportunity for you to continue your career in the mobile services space. Our Fulfillment Specialist team directly supports our mobile clients by ensuring their order is shipped efficiently and correctly. They provide customized solutions to clients including provisioning and kitting devices, inventory management and responding to Client requests to ensure that our clients have an excellent experience with their device management.


Compensation:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Base rate of pay will be $20.17-22.11/hr. with occasional pre-approved overtime possible. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives that will be paid at company discretion.


Work Location and Schedule:

This position is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This is a fully in-person role requiring the ability to work from the office Monday-Friday during normal to slightly extended normal business hours. 


As our Fulfillment Specialist, you will:

  • Complete device requests for LINQ's clients, including preparing devices, kitting accessories, inventory management, provisioning, and processing returns per client specifications.
  • Prepare devices for shipment to customer specifications and ensure proper documentation of shipments for insurance and tracking purposes.
  • Ensure that the device request queue is being managed effectively and that you are hitting your individual KPIs and metrics.
  • Effectively communicate with clients as necessary to ensure that they have a positive experience.
  • Resolve client issues including responding to incidents and errors appropriately.
  • Act as a proactive voice to inform leadership of observed internal IT or client procedural issues.
  • Assists with updating procedures as necessary to effectively serve clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional support groups on requests and projects, for both Internal and external clients.
  • Routinely communicate status updates on long-term projects and exercise consistent follow up.
  • Learn about Mobile Device Management solutions to better support clients.
  • Work in our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse five days a week. The nature of this role requires on-site work.

Requirements

Required Qualifications-Candidates who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered:

  • High School diploma or equivalent educational experience
  • One year of experience in shipping, kitting, mobile device retail or other relevant experience
  • Knowledge of mobile devices including OS and hardware-be able to work with a variety of devices to power on, install software, and follow procedures to reset devices.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through.
  • Experience with CRM software or Salesforce a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player mentality, able to work with all people.
  • A desire to learn and willingness to always help.
  • Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines.
  • Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members.
  • Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions.
  • Demonstrated detailed orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and performance requirements.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to our Pittsburgh, PA office each workday.
