Job Description

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a team-member who is goal-oriented and wants to grow with us in this practice. It is very important to connect with people on a personal level and to be able to provide compassionate care to our patients. Attention to detail, following details in directions and good organizational skills are very important in this position.
Assisting in the clinical operations of the practice.
General Assisting - Sterilization, patient interaction, making notes, etc.
Prosthetics - Work with the doctor and team to help deliver full mouth cases while scanning the patient in preparation for restoration fabrication.
Laboratory - Work in the lab to fabricate and characterize the restorations.
Surgery - Assist in the surgery set up and during treatment. Help with the surgical workflow and assist the anesthesia provider.
Scan and Records - Complete patient consents and digital scans for the patients.
Specific Responsibilities for Lead Dental Assistants:
Provides oversight, leadership, and training to Dental Assistant counterparts.
Reviews the schedule with the team during the morning huddle and assigns patients, confirms plan to request Google Reviews from specific patients, and collaboration with doctor and office manager to ensure protocols and policies for scheduling.
Reviews schedule to ensure lab cases are received on time.
Coordinates inventory orders with the Regional Clinical Director
Evaluate the schedule two weeks in advance for potential issues and coordinate with the office manager.
