Role Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for internal and external customer requirements for delivery of products and services
  • Define fiscal responsibility and accountability for the location
  • Set and execute goals and objectives for the location
  • Manage and direct performance and outcomes of staff

  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service, sales, and management experience
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Cross-functional Skills: Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
