We are currently seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders OR An Associate's Degree and at least two years' experience working with adults with substance use disorders OR a High School Diploma or G.E.D and holds a CSAC-A from the Virginia Board of Counseling, or who qualifies for certification, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders; OR Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working towards obtaining Certification and maintain the requirements of a Peer Recovery Specialist per those guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.
