We are currently seeking a Community Liaison to provide external outreach, service consultation, customer service, marketing activities, as well as internal communication and engagement activities under the Business Development Department.

This position is responsible for assessing the needs of the customer and generating contacts and leads for each of Intercept Health's programs, to develop, maintain, and sustain a long-term referral relationship. Additionally, they will plan internal and external events, coordinate tours, perform referral source in-services, and serve as a liaison between Referral Sources and Intercept Health's Life Bridge of Continuum of Care.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university. Two or more years' experience in marketing, business development, or public relations, with an emphasis on developing new territories, target markets and/or customer base. A combination of related education and experience specific to the behavioral health industry may be substituted. Success in managing an outside sales territory with an emphasis on customer service is preferred.
