Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a solid Residential Sales team that exceeds sales goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
  • Set and track sales targets and K.P.I. metrics for the Residential Sales team
  • Monitors employee productivity and motivates the team to reach daily sales goals
  • Coordinates team activities and projects to meet project timelines
  • Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase employee performance
  • Provide coaching and training for Residential Sales team members
  • Conduct regular opportunity and K.P.I. review meetings with the team to ensure achievement against targets
  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the customer relationship management (CRM) system by providing weekly data integrity checks

Experience/Competencies Required:

  • Some college or equivalent working experience required
  • Five years of sales experience required
  • Two years of sales team leadership required
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
  • Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Positive, outgoing, results-oriented, ambitious, team leader 
  • Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
