Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, you will:

  • Own the market strategy for Deloitte's strategic cyber alliances with Snyk and Zscaler
  • Lead with our diverse teams of passionate and technically competent network security professionals
  • Build strong relationships with alliance counterparts and align joint objectives, offerings, enablement activities, and market opportunities.
  • Translate Snyk and Zscaler capabilities into differentiated Deloitte solutions that address client cybersecurity priorities and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular pipeline reviews, investment planning, pursuit governance, and cross-functional decision-making.

Includes security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security)
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in cloud, network, or identity security domains, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, technical depth, and leadership over time
  • 6+ years of experience with SASE, AppDev/DevSecOps or enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Snyk, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Netskope or similar cloud security/DevOps platforms)
  • 6+ years of experience with architecture CI/CD pipeline and/or design SASE vendor solution mentioned above.
  • 6+ years of experience with one or more cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and native security tools
  • 10+ years of experience in the design and architecture of enterprise-level technical stacks, including network segmentation, Load Balancers, Subnetting, Next-Generation firewall design, and highly scalable security solutions like Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies in large, complex, or enterprise environments using CSP platforms, CI/CD pipelines (AppDev) and security toolsets
  • 6+ years of experience with governance, risk, or compliance initiatives involving common frameworks
  • Minimum of 10+ years leading client workshop demonstrating and influencing decisions in DevSecOps, SASE and network security tool selection, architecture design, and education enablement
  • Minimum of 10+ years serving in a leadership capacity over the implementation of Snyk, Wiz, Palo Alto Networks or Zscaler solution, or similar security solutions in large, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Minimum of 10+ years managing teams in a technical leadership capacity
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, on average, based on the work you perform and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snyk, Wiz, Zscaler and/or Palo Alto Networks platform of solutions
  • Strong understanding of vendor competitive analysis (e.g., Snyk vs Wiz, Zscaler vs. Palo Alto vs. Netskope)
  • Ability to communicate and advise on solution design based on client use-cases, requirements, or other success criteria
  • Previous consulting or "Big 4" experience
  • Previous experience managing project budgets, resource models, P&L management
  • Lead business development and sales related activities such as defining scope of services, building resource estimates and related pricing, packaging proposals and supporting the delivery of the proposal to the client for network security services
  • Relevant advanced cybersecurity or related certifications (e.g., PCNSE, CCIE, CISSP, Certified Zscaler Architect, Palo Alto Networks Network Security Professional)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
