Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our body shop operations in the south. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient shop management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the body shop team to promote productivity and growth.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate repair approvals and estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to optimize workflow and budget.
  • Analyze shop performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
