Current CNA Opportunities - Multiple Shifts Available
We are actively seeking CNAs for current staffing needs at the following Capital Region facilities:

  • Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare - Clifton Park, NY
  • Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Troy, NY
  • Eddy Village Green at Beverwyck - Slingerlands, NY
These facilities currently have significant CNA staffing needs across all shifts, including:
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Weekend availability is especially needed

About the Role
As a CNA with Attentive Care, you'll provide hands-on care that helps residents remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their day. Working alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life while making a meaningful difference with every shift. If you're compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding care, we'd love to have you join our team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care by assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, eating, and mobility.
  • Obtain, record, and report vital signs, intake and output, weights, and other observations, promptly communicating changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises using proper body mechanics and mechanical lifting equipment when appropriate.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide timely assistance while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
  • Assist with meal service, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support in accordance with each resident's care plan.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms and care areas while adhering to infection prevention, isolation, and standard precaution protocols.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental status, documenting care provided in accordance with facility policies.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to support high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining resident privacy and dignity at all times.

Requirements
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York State.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work within 25 miles of the facility where you are assigned.
  • Recent experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
  • Availability for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts is a plus.
