Job description

Resendez Life Group, LLC is seeking driven and coachable individuals who are ready to take their career to the next level. You will become your own boss in this expanding market and can work FT or PT. You create your own schedule. This is an 100% remote position.
Who we are looking for:
We are in search of motivated, disciplined, entrepreneurial people who are looking to remove the cap from their income. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great organizational skills, and a willingness to be coached for improvement. Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role.
What's in it for you?
  • There is no cap on your income
  • You control your schedule, income, and raises
  • No quotas to meet
  • Ability to build a business and generate passive income

What we do:
  • We offer a revolutionary type of life insurance called Living Benefit Life Insurance that offers access to your death benefit without having to die
  • We train people to distribute this product in their local communities. We have exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads available to all agents who wish to participate in our lead program.
  • Out of the 800+ insurance carriers in America, we work exclusively with the few top-rated carriers that offer Living Benefits. This puts us in a uniquely competitive position and affords our agents the ability to close deals with ease. No need to be pushy. Best of all, these products are offered at the same rate or less than regular life insurance

Compensation:
  • The average advanced commission an agent receives on one sale is $500. Total commissions per sale average at $700
  • Average Part time agents work 12 to 25 hours per week and can earn an average of $50,000 per year

  • Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers as a direct deposit to your bank account, not our company
  • Salary is not guaranteed - this will be a result of your performance (100% commissions)

Qualifications:
  • No previous experience required, we will train you.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license. We will help you with your pre-licensing course.
  • Clean criminal background
  • Basic computer skills needed.
  • Be located in the US and able to travel to clients' homes

  • Compensation is 100% commission
