Join Our Team as a Manager at Scooter's Fish House!
Are you passionate about great food, exceptional service, and leading a team to success? Scooter's Fish House, the Florida Panhandle’s favorite spot for fresh seafood, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager to help us continue delivering the authentic coastal dining experience our guests know and love. Located near beautiful Navarre Beach, we’re a local favorite for fresh oysters, fish, and other seafood classics.
What You'll DoAs a Manager at Scooter's Fish House, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining our high standards for quality and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Leading and motivating a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Managing schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Upholding health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues to maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
