Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)

  • Work strategically and build strong relationships with TFL partners in the competitive ticketing environment
  • Retain and develop new business for TFL through prospecting new leads, generating referrals, and face to face appointments.
  • Work with internal data & analytics and pricing teams to build pricing and distribution plans with partners to align primary and secondary market
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals
  • Assist in developing and executing customized service and touch point programs for all TFL partners and/or customers
  • Deliver first-class customer service to all clients of TFL
  • Work hand in hand with other TFL internal departments to ensure all tickets are properly listed, sold, and fulfilled
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Must have a passion for sports
  • Retail, travel, event or sports experience considered a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Experience

  • Two years or more of sales management and staff training
  • Strong understanding of pro sports, college athletics, and/or music industry
  • Two years of ticket sales experience
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems and CRM platforms
