Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, documenting each patient's unique trauma history and identifying their distinct therapeutic needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on evidence-based practices that facilitate trauma recovery.
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address clients' specific conditions.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for patients to process their experiences, share their stories, and cultivate coping mechanisms.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
