This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility that allows you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining work-life balance. • Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, documenting each patient's unique trauma history and identifying their distinct therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on evidence-based practices that facilitate trauma recovery.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address clients' specific conditions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for patients to process their experiences, share their stories, and cultivate coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure that all aspects of patient care are cohesive and effective.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of clients.
• Educate clients and their support systems about trauma responses and available resources, empowering them to understand their experiences and options.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient interactions and therapeutic progress are recorded accurately.
• Engage in professional development initiatives, staying informed of the latest research and practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Our primary clientele includes individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, encompassing those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a member of our team, you will offer support to a diverse array of patients, tailoring your techniques to meet their unique needs and preferences. Your work will significantly impact their emotional resilience and overall psychological health.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma recovery.
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-building approaches.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing trauma-focused therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, displaying empathy and openness in all client encounters.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication platforms.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
