Job description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets
products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to
factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute Agreements to formalize these relationships.
  • Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
  • Lead Commercial Distributor sales teams in way that delivers commercial vehicle and connectivity growth across all commercial verticals.
  • Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share
  • Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial Distributor Performance.
  • Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic positioning.
  • Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide voice of customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
  • Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements. 
     

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA Preferred.
  • Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, channel partner relationships, or other relevant roles required. 
  • Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office and SalesForce
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
