Job Title: Regional Sales Consultant – Northeast Territory
Department: Sales – Institutional Laundry
Territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania
Reports to: Senior Director, Institutional Laundry

Position Overview:
Calderon Textiles, a leading provider of quality textile products in the Institutional Laundry sector, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Consultant for its Northeast Territory. This role is responsible for achieving annual sales revenue and gross margin commission targets, growing new business, and expanding existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should reside in one of the listed states within the assigned territory to effectively manage accounts and grow business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Management
  • Maintain and exceed sales revenue and gross margin commission goals as defined by the annual sales budget.
  • Utilize the CRM system to:
    • Manage customer accounts, track progress, and follow up on leads.
    • Manage Corporate Initiatives: Track, update, and manage opportunities tied to company-wide corporate initiatives within the CRM system.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging buying group member lists and independent laundries.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients to increase account sales and profitability.
Strategic Account Management
  • Manage strategic accounts assigned based on annual revenue potential.
  • Execute growth strategies and account management plans .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and long-term account success.
Corporate Account Management
  • Work closely with the Director, Corporate/National Accounts:
    • Oversee all laundries within the territory, executing strategic initiatives, securing corporate-won business, servicing accounts, and driving long-term growth.
    • Direct Container Management: Manage customers ordering direct containers to their laundries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Business Development and Market Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large independent customers.
  • Build a sales pipeline through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to ensure continued success and market expansion.
Marketing and Brand Awareness
  • Execute marketing campaigns and product launches as directed by
  • leadership
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, networking events, and CRM inquiries.
Reporting and Market Analysis
  • Provide sales performance updates and forecasts to management.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Travel and Budget Management
  • Schedule and manage travel within the assigned region while adhering to travel and entertainment budget guidelines.
Education amp; Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage leads, record activities, schedule appointments, and track corporate initiatives.
  • Prior experience in industrial textiles or industrial laundry markets is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel 25-75% throughout the assigned region.
