Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control plans for supplied components and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate FAI and LAT testing with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support supplied-part approvals and new product stage-gate requirements.
  • Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) from initiation through closure.
  • Lead and support root-cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving activities.
  • Participate in ISO 9001 supplier quality audits and maintain supplier performance scorecards.
  • Analyze quality data using capability studies, control charts, and Gauge R&R.
  • Support containment and disposition of nonconforming materials through MRB and RMA processes.
  • Drive timely audit and CAPA closure while improving customer PPM and first-pass yield.

  • Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience; quality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred experience:

8D/RCA, ISO 9001 auditing, Minitab or other statistical software, ERP systems, injection molding, textiles, pattern making, or cut-and-sew manufacturing.

Why Join Galvion?

Join a collaborative team where your engineering and quality expertise will directly contribute to better products, stronger supplier performance, improved manufacturing processes, and increased customer satisfaction.
