Job description

R.J. Liebe Athletic Lettering Company continues to be the leader in athletic lettering. We are a family owned company that has set the standard for "on field image" in professional sports.

The Sublimation/Art Dept. Supervisor must be experienced in textile dye sublimation, digital printing and color management. Must possess skills for ICC profile implementation, variability control, continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency, color consistency and measurable results.

Duties

  • Core specialties must include: Textile dye sublimation, digital printing, color management, creative cloud, ICC profiles, experience with RIP software, Lean, Kaizen, TPM and 5S.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring color accuracy and proper transfer.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Ability to color match and spot color discrepancies or transfer flaws.
  • Substrate Preparation: Load, clean, and prepare materials (polyester fabrics, poly-coated blanks) for printing.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and move materials.
  • Ability to supervise small art department. Must have leadership skills!
