Job description

Printing Machine Operator | Second Shift| Erlanger, KY | $18-$22/hr

The Printing Machine Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, testing, and operating the Spartanic Punch in the KEM department.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot printing and coating equipment while following established operating procedures. 
  • Load materials, monitor production runs, and inspect finished sheets to ensure proper registration, alignment, and overall product quality.
  • Complete production logs and required documentation, communicate equipment or production issues promptly, and work closely with team leads to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of machine operation experience  
  • Prior printing experience preferred  
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience  
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude 
  •  High attention to detail 
  • Ability to quickly identify production problems and ability to identify quality problems  
  • Ability to work well with others and cooperate with team members and leadership team

    Schedule:

    Second Shift: 2:45pm-10:45pm Mon-Fri

    Pay:

    $18-22/hr
