Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping operations by ensuring all linens, towels, and textiles are cleaned, processed, and delivered to departments in a timely manner. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.


Key Responsibilities

Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles

Inspect all items for stains, tears, or excessive wear and report issues to management

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room, equipment, and storage areas

Track linen usage and report shortages or inventory concerns

Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures

Assist with delivering clean linens to housekeeping or other departments as needed

Support deep cleaning or special laundry projects during slower periods


Requirements

Qualifications

Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry laundry bags or carts
