Job description

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior/ Program Analyst to provide support to federal staff in Washington, DC.
Qualified candidates will be expected to:
  • Assist the team in identifying, monitoring and controlling all project requirements as well as supporting programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities and subject matter.
  • Assist with developing strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives.
  • Work within a team to compile, complete, formulate and interpret technical data and financial information relating to assigned programs and projects.
  • Participate in strategic thinking mapping operations and positioning to execute plans.
  • Produce information by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to evolving standard operating procedures, when necessary.
  • Maintain customer/corporate confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Complete projects and action items by following up and tracking to closure.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Position Requirements:
US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.
• Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years of relevant work experience; or
o Five (5) years of relevant work experience without bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of experience and skill in typing; knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Administrative support experience in the following areas is a plus:
o Receptionist support functions
o Scheduling and managing Executive calendars, including coordinating and scheduling virtual and/or in-person office meetings
o Providing Executive travel support, including researching, coordinating, booking travel and associated logistics and arrangements
• Experience supporting DHS or DoD clients as a contractor.
o U.S. Coast Guard experience is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Possess critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to use reference guides, grammar, and style manuals is required.
• Prior military service is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Position is located in Washington, DC.
Salary range: $65K - $85K DOE
