Job description

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year

Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Employer Match
  • PTO
  • Paid Holidays
Company/Position Overview: Our client is a Denver-based, woman-owned, family-run performance PR and affiliate marketing agency that specializes in consumer goods brands. Founded over a decade ago, the agency has grown into one of the Rocky Mountain region's fastest-growing companies. The agency is in active growth mode and navigating a media landscape that is shifting faster than ever. They are looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Affiliate Marketing division.

The Affiliate Marketing Account Coordinator will support the affiliate marketing lead, including day-to-day operations across a portfolio of affiliate clients spanning multiple networks, including Impact, Awin, and Amazon Creator Connections. You will own all things coupon and reporting — keeping our programs clean, compliant, and optimized.
This role is best suited for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals eager to grow in the affiliate marketing space.

The agency serves roughly two dozen independent consumer brands at any given time, ranging from digitally native D2C companies to Walmart-exclusive retail brands. Clients include names such as Aura Frames, BrüMate, P.F. Flyers, Yellow Leaf Hammocks, and Nurture&. The work spans product PR, affiliate marketing, paid editorial, and emerging areas like AI optimization and expert positioning.

Location & Flexibility: This role is 4 days in-office in Denver, CO, and work-from-home on Fridays, plus one additional remote day per month. Applicants will need to be in Denver or the surrounding areas.

Job Duties:
  • Coupon monitoring — proactively search for, identify, and flag unauthorized or expired promotional codes across the web
  • Partner outreach — communicate with coupon, deal, and sub-network partners to coordinate promotions via email, newsletter placements, and text links
  • Update text links in Impact and Awin for all clients as promotions change or new campaigns launch
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for client-facing documents
  • Support EOM recap reporting
  • Maintain organization and documentation across the affiliate division
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Impact is required
  • Experience with additional affiliate networks – Awin, Rakuten, CJ, Amazon Creator Connections, Levanta, Wayward, PartnerBoost, Partnerize, Pepperjam – is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • A proactive, curious mindset — you notice things, ask questions, and follow through
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets and picking up new platforms quickly
  • This is not a creator or influencer marketing role — we're looking for someone with publisher and/or brand-side affiliate program experience
