The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Develops, modifies and applies quality principles to the development and use of software and software-based systems for make and/or buy software products. Performs verification and validation of test equipment including hardware in the loop systems.

Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives. Designs and implements software development and maintenance processes. Defines audit strategy to ensure compliance to systems/software processes.

Designs, specifies and conducts test methods for software inspection, verification and validation. Evaluates and analyzes software quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability standards.

Performs software product reviews against contractual, technical and/or process requirements. Reviews include requirement specifications, design documents, source code, test plans and procedures, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies. Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.

Basic Qualifications Ability to to travel to Lockheed Martin sites, supplier locations, and test facilities as needed Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Experience in requirements analysis, design reviews, product integration, and verification/validation (including certification) of hardwaresoftware test systems Demonstrated experience with test equipment and testset hardware - including reading schematics, performing hardware inspections, and executing calibration reviews Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot LabVIEW/TestStand and C/C++ test code to verify that software implementations satisfy system requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for test documentation and reporting Desired Skills Certified Software Quality Engineer (ASQ CSQE) Knowledge of industryrecognized quality models (CMMI, ISO, AS, FAA regulations) Green or BlackBelt certification in Lean/Six Sigma Experience collaborating with software suppliers and Government/DoD customers Indepth expertise with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand environments (beyond basic code interpretation) Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
