We will be opening two additional clinics in the Lehigh Valley providing opportunity to grow beyond the immediate role.
Primary Role: The Clinic Administrator will be directly involved with virtually every aspect of clinic operations including Patient Interface, Billing, Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management.
Secondary Role: Assist/support as needed with Clinical Responsibilities (Phlebotomy, Medication Preparation, Administration/Injections, Shockwave Therapy, Priapus Injection Procedures, and more), You will have the opportunity to participate in virtually every aspect of our clinic operations and grow with the clinic to reach the highest level of your abilities and professional goals. Clinic Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Clinical: Assisting with the preparation & administering of medications, Shockwave Therapy, assist with Priapus Injection & Testosterone Pellet Insertion Procedures, Phlebotomy (Must be "a Good Stick"), Patient Care Follow-Up Visits, EMR, assisting medical providers with patient care, and more.
  • Oversite (Clinical & Administrative) of the Medical Assistant
  • Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adherence to HIPAA Protocols.

  • Patients Interface (New & Existing)
  • Patient Follow-Up Appointments
  • Assisting in lab operations

Qualifications (We are looking only for Candidates who maintain the highest level of professional and personal standards and thrive in a team environment): 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience

  • Strong Phlebotomy & Injections Administration for staff training purposes and 2nd level clinical support

  • Experience in a related field such as med spas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred but not mandatory
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
