    A true hands-on automation leader (not just manager) Strong in framework design, architecture, and execution Comfortable working across UI, API, content, and data layers Passionate about AI-driven testing and continuous improvement Data-driven mindset with focus on quality metrics and governance Strong hands-on experience with:
      Playwright and Cypress (UI & API automation) JavaScript/TypeScript-based automation frameworks
    Proven experience in:
      Building automation frameworks from scratch End-to-end test strategy definition
