Job description

Job Description:

Within a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation program for wealth management within a financial services organization, a Business Analyst/Tester is sought to join an agile delivery team.

The role combines two aspects:

  • analyzing and documenting business needs in Salesforce functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) for FSC processes (lead conversion, opportunities, activities, appointments), and then designing and executing the corresponding test cases (functional tests, configuration validation, UAT support).
  • The successful candidate will work daily with the developers/configurators and the QA analyst on their team, in a T-shaped organizational structure.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis on Salesforce or CRM projects, with hands-on experience in software testing.
  • The dual role encompassing analysis and testing is central to this position; profiles focused solely on analysis or solely on testing are not suitable.
  • Experience in the financial sector is an asset.
