Responsibilities

Lead experience required.

Commercial Line of business exp required in P&C insurance space.

Partner with Business and Development teams to review business / technical requirements and guides and assist QA testers in generating comprehensive test strategy, plans, impact analysis and test cases for effective assurance and testing functions.

Manage QA capacity and resources and scheduling QA activities and quality gates for their project teams.

Through contribution, help define and establish new sets of best-practices, processes, scorecards and tooling for Quality Assurance organization. This is to ensure that overall productivity and quality is measured to optimize targeted milestones.

Collaborate with the Automation Lead(s) to establish a standards-based automation and performance testing competency. This includes developing a robust testing framework, utilizing testing and test management tools, and creating test data and test cases for key applications across the portfolio.
