Test Manager (Migration & Enterprise Testing)
Seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead migration programs, end-to-end testing, and governance-driven delivery, ensuring strong coordination, automation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
1. Migration & E2E Testing
• Lead testing for large-scale migration/upgrade programs
• Define end-to-end test scope across systems and integrations
• Ensure full business validation across environments
• Focus on E2E scope and traceability
2. Coordination & Sign-Off
• Manage cross-team coordination (tech, business, product owners)
• Drive UAT readiness and formal sign-offs
• Conduct defect triage and escalation management
• Sign-off governance is mandatory in NT testing process
3. Planning & Estimation
• Create test strategy, test plan, and schedules
• Perform effort estimation and resource planning
• Define entry/exit criteria and risk mitigation
• Planning and estimation are core artifacts
4. Automation
• Drive automation strategy and regression coverage
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Automation is a key component of enterprise test strategy
5. Status Reporting
• Provide daily, weekly, and milestone updates
• Track metrics, defects, and risks
• Structured reporting and communication is expected
6. Timeline & Risk Management
• Manage critical timelines and dependencies
• Identify and mitigate migration and environment risks
Required Experience
• 10+ years in Test Management (Banking/FS preferred)
