Day to Day as an Assurance Intern at FD:
  • Collaborate with engagement leaders by working closely with seniors and managers on client engagements across multiple industries
  • Build foundational assurance skills through handson experience with planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting
  • Support special projects by assisting with ad hoc initiatives and departmentwide efforts
  • Communicate with clients and teams to help keep engagements on track and ensure timely deliverables
  • Engage in onsite client work by traveling to client locations and contributing as a valued member of the engagement team
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm
  • Grow through feedback by receiving ongoing coaching from seniors and managers.
